Primary Muscle Groups: Triceps and Chest
Also Works: Shoulders

Description: This exercise focuses on the triceps when done normally (with a fairly vertical torso). But if you have someone lift your legs so you're leaning forward, then it will put the focus on the pecs.

When Doing This Exercise: You can add weights on a belt if you need to push yourself more.
